For thirty-four years, Dr. Robert Barr has served the San Jose community's dental needs. He was the second person west of the Mississippi to use laser dentistry and has become a prominent researcher and author in the field.
Dr. Robert is a founder and current board member of the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry (WCMID), the World Clinical Laser Institute, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. In 1999, he received the Leon Goldman Award for Clinical Excellence from the Academy of Laser Dentistry and the WCMID's 2004 Clinician of the Year Award.
As a recognized expert in modern dental techniques, Dr. Barr has appeared on television programs and in print. In addition to his practice, Dr. Robert lectures internationally, including as far away as Australia and Asia.
